Our team is experienced in both 2D and 3D standard
seismic interpretation, using as a main tool the GeoGraphix (Landmark)
system. Trying to meet our client demands we have the flexibility to use
other interpretation software, i.e., Charisma (GeoQuest), SeisWorks
(Landmark), Petrel (GeoQuest), or Kingdom Suite – 2D/3D Pak (Seismic
Micro-Technology). Understanding the geological significance of existing
seismic data and its potential impact upon the client’s business
development is the ultimate goal of our team efforts.
As the seismic
interpretations are almost always non-unique, we use as many as possible interpretation
techniques – seismic and associated (wells, outcrops, or regional)
sequential stratigraphy, attributes extraction and mapping, structural
balancing, and concurrent interpretation models.
In this way it is possible to quantify the
uncertainties of the final geological model and ensure the consistency of the final seismic
interpretation with all the available
data. In both exploration and field rehabilitation projects
the seismic quality and coverage varies from sparse old 2D surveys to
state-of the-art large scale 3D. Our team is ready to get as much as
possible from such data sets and to assist our clients in developing
business oriented seismic acquisition programs.
